Mlinci (Flatbread Type Pasta)
Ingredients: 1 package of local or homemade egg-free mlinci, 1 small onion, 10 dag smoked seitan, 4 tbsp of oil, salt, pepper
Preparation: Lightly fry the onions and finely chopped smoked seitan over heated oil. Boil 1l of salted water and add in the egg-free mlinci. When they soften, strain them and add to the pan with onions and seitan, then add salt and pepper and stir well. According to taste, they can additionally be baked in an oven.
